How does your garden grow?

The Innovation Garden includes:
- 3x full day (8h)of inspiring learning journeys
- 5x (3h) evening workshops and expert sessions
- Several self-managed learning sets outside of the contact sessions
- A final event that will be determined and created by the group

Experienced facilitators and business coaches lead the learning process and accompany the participants throughout the journey of action and reflection.

Evening Workshops and Expert Sessions
Starting from personal development, these group coaching sessions take you on a journey of exploration and business design. Every three weeks, a new theme is introduced and worked on, introducing new business tools that can be directly applied to your growing business. These tools will range from branding and marketing to strategy and leadership.

Experts and Mentors from the LearningHouse network will facilitate selected seminars and learning journeys. The experts are dedicated members of LearningHouse with diverse backgrounds in corporations and consultancy.

Learning Journeys are opportunities for deeper learning. They might take the form of participative workshops at the LearningHouse centre or a real journey around London where participants observe other projects and case studies, and test ideas in the real life.

Self-guided Learning
The group will also self select into smaller learning sets, to work on specific areas of interest and challenge, with a view of then presenting this work back to the group. All participants will also be equipped with a learning log that includes tools for planning their learning and
recording their journey.
