Innovation Garden is a 4-month practical and inspiring training programme for entrepreneurs and managers steering social or creative ventures that are
changing the current business landscape.

To implement real change, we take participants on a learning journey that combines personal, organisational and business development. The journey follows the LearningHouse approach of combining action and reflection, constantly applying ideas and tools into practice. This creates an environment for measurable, meaningful outcomes and sustained impact.

There are three inter-related parts of the programme: Personal and leadership development, team learning and business development.

Personal Development & Leadership
All participants embark on a journey, where they learn to manage their own goals and development, and build their capacity to lead teams and organisations. This journey is supported by a learning log that includes tools for planning learning and recording progress and milestones.

Team Learning
The programme takes advantage of the power of a group, encouraging interaction and peer-to-peer mentoring, as well as enriching the available views and skillsets. During the programme, the team of participants will develop a ‘container’ that will enable deep dialogue, problem solving and the creation of meaningful ideas and lasting results together.

Business Development
The programme covers all the different aspects of managing a business from designing your products to strategy and marketing. By holding the customer and the real world at the centre of the programme, ideas can be tested and implemented to constantly improve results. The real business skills are learnt by doing and experimenting.

The programme is funded by the London Development Agency and the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund, EC1 New Deal for Communities and Islington Council.
