Events
and Workshops
The creation of a single event is always a unique journey. What is common
to these productions is the combination of rigorous content and playful
approach. In addition to mastering the learning process design and facilitation
skills, we create imaginative events and workshops that participants will
remember long after.
Examples of event scenarios include:
The Future Room
Hang your dirty laundry on the ‘Wish-Wash Line’, wash away
your worries and wish for something that you want to create in the future.
Enter the Future Room and meet The Magic Butterfly, who gives you a pill
to enter the future. With a flap of its wings, it creates chaos and order…
and you may end up gambling for your hopes and belongings!
Multi-stakeholder Dialogue Café
Walk in to a room with 200 fellow participants sitting in round café
tables. The music is playing on the background and the flowers and markers
on tables create a hospitable atmosphere. Get ready for some in-depth
dialogue about the sustainability challenges in your region or about creative
ways to implement the new organisational strategy. Facilitated by the
hosts of the Café, you will engage in meaningful discussions with
dozens of people and create the desired outcomes assisted by powerful
visuals.
The Leadership Challenge
Your team is facing an unusual situation: By 5pm today you have to complete
a challenging task requiring leadership and group effort. It may have
to do something about consulting a social entrepreneur on his business
plan, teaching leadership skills to 13-year olds at a school or diving
hands-on to help local market stall holders to attract more business.
This may not be enough, because you have to shift between and action and
reflection to think about your personal leadership approach and the development
of your team and organization. If lucky, you maybe rewarded with some
fun, food and drinks. |
