We design learning programmes to suit the needs of organisations and groups, and organise and facilitate participative interventions using creative techniques.

We have worked with organisations from all sectors including the Ministry of Education Finland, Café Direct Plc, Nokia Mobile Phones, London Development Agency and the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO).

Our coaches specialise in a variety of participative methods such as the world cafe, open space, appreciative inquiry, and have developed multiple variations of their own. We promote "learning without teaching"and possess in-depth knowledge in leadership, teamwork, organisational learning, networks, creativity and innovation.

Our team members are part of global professional networks such as the Society for Organisational Learning and the Pioneers of Change.
