Coaching Team
LearningHouse staff are highly skilled business
coaches and facilitators with years of experience in managing and developing
businesses themselves.
Together they have supported more than 500 individuals and 100 start-up
companies since 2004.
The contact sessions are facilitated by the coaches, each bringing in
their special expertise and experience. Some workshops will also feature
a variety of visiting speakers and facilitators from the LearningHouse
network.

Eliza Hochman LearningHouse
Director and co-founder, Eliza has worked and lived in France, Canada,
Finland and the UK. She has a Masters in Systemics and Learning Organisations
and Bachelors Degree in Educational Sciences. With a wide experience
in developing learning cultures across organisations of all sectors,
she has worked with learners from primary schools to global corporations.
Her rich professional path includes being a business coach in Team
Academy (an innovative school for entrepreneurs), a Global Training
Manager for Metso Minerals (a multinational mineral machinery company)
and a Learning & Development Advisor for Hackney Council. |

Timo Karjalainen Timo
Karjalainen is a social entrepreneur and an expert in designing and
facilitating learning processes. Timo is currently Director of LearningHouse,
a centre for learning and enterprise development in Islington, London.
An active member of the Society for Organisational Learning (SoL),
a global network for organisational development professionals, Timo
is the co-founder of SoL Finland and a has acted as a council member
of SoL in Finland and the UK. Timo is also the co-founder and former
CEO of Business Arena Ltd, a Finnish company designing participative
learning events. Timo has designed and facilitated hundreds of events,
workshops and training processes. |

Dawn Fleming
Dawn has been working as a consultant to the creative and cultural
industries in London for the past 7 years sharing her skills in business
planning, research, evaluation, programme and project management,
access and integrated practice, partnership development, capacity
building, skills analysis and development, event production/management
and as an all round creative collaborator and mentor. Originally trained
in theatre in Canada, she has been practicing as an artist, performer
and workshop facilitator for the past 14 years in Canada, Ireland,
the Balkans, England and France and maintains her creative practice
alongside her business support work that affords her a dynamic relevancy
with her clients.
